Help Just Upgraded to Froyo now Menu Button will not unlock screen

2.2 is supposed to add unlocking options pin, password. Maybe that was removed for further security? no longer necessary unlock method?

i did set a pin but it only asks for it when you turn on the DINC, when you lock the screen while the DINC is on it just lets slide down on the screen to unlock, menu does not work anymore.

You need to go into your security settings and tell it to lock the phone immediately. Default is five minutes. I had the same issue where I'd slide down and it wouldn't ask for my pattern. No biggie.

As for the menu button no longer working instead of swipe, you're correct. Must've been taken out for 2.2.

menu unlock works just fine on skyraider 2.5.2. I guess thats one change from the earlier leak.

Doesn't work for me on 2.2 OTA. Don't really care, since I never used it.

Love the new security timeout feature though, convenient if I just need to look at something real quick and not have to enter my password (checking traffic in Google Maps while I'm in the car for instance).
