Just got a Droid 2 for my GF, I have the OG Droid, so I generally know what's going on.
I was showing her how to add music to her phone from the PC (simple right, drag and drop, somehow this was difficult for her). When she went to the default music player, a message came up, something like "file not supported." Now these were just your standard .mp3 files. I rebooted the phone, this seemed to help a little bit. Now 4 out of 5 times she tries to play a song it works. On that rare 5th occasion, the phone says the file type is not supported.
Wondering if you guys have any thoughts on why this might be happening. Faulty SD card maybe? I don't think it is the music files themselves being corrupted, as I've tested them on my Droid and as I said they work most of the time on her D2.
