Help milestone autoreboot, but uptime counter doesn't reset...

i created this topic before, but it just disappeared suddenly... here's the cached copy of the topic:

milestone autoreboot, but uptime counter doesn't reset... - Android Forums

i'll start it again for all of us who still suffer from this problem...

==================================================

Happens to me around every 3 days. At first i thought it was Handcent that's causing it. Uninstalled that, but still happens...

anybody experienced this before?

i'm using SHOLS_U2_02.36.0, 2.1-update1

Same here. Just reboots from time to time (every 3 days or so seems to be correct for me too).
Also using 02.36.0 (Central European) and have an app called "Battery Indicator", which shows "Unplugged for X hours" and this counter seems to be going through the reset. This same counter is getting reset when I manually reboot the phone.
Anyways, it is nice to hear someone else is having this problem too, which means it's probably not a hardware issue with my unit ..

i'm suspecting its a bad app that causes this. i'll list the apps on my phone later.

please list your apps also, so we can compare and we might pinpoint which one is causing this.

(right now i'm suspecting sms popup, uninstalled it the other day. so far no reboot yet)

I had the reboot problem and did not have SMS Pop Up installed at all.

Well, we have the following in common:

Contact Remover
Robo Defense FREE
RemoteDroid
Bubble
Stopwatch
Ringdroid

(don't worry, I wrote a quick script to do the comparison :))

The thing is, none of these programs were being used between the last reset and the one before that. So I don't know .. this seems more like a system bug then one app problem.
