I'd be very weary of using this "great app". I installed it yesterday, ran a backup of my device, and shortly after realized that 95% of my photos were removed. And strangely enough, they were not backed up on my account...

I've contacted customer support in hopes that they can retrieve them...

OUCH. That's the one option I didn't enable, now I'm glad I didn't. Let us know how things work out.

I've been using the app since day 1 ish and I've never had a problem so my guess is either user error or just that the phone is doing that thing where it decides not to read some of the stuff on your sd card. I've had that happen. Sync and backup work perfectly for me

I still have yet to receive notice of the issue or any type of response. Bad PR for lookout if you ask me, especially considering they plan on releasing a "Premium" version next year...
