something similar to itunes app?

I guess I cant bread the addiction for certain iphone apps. Im looking for something that can transfer playlists over from itunes. Not just drag and drop a bunch of music. I know I can build playlists while I use the music app or doubletwist. But it would a million easier and faster to do it from my computer

I use two. iSyncr works very well. My default music player, sometimes unofficially called "iTunes for Android", is doubleTwist. It has a built-in iTunes sync feature. Both are in Market.

Double twist is what I have heard recommended a lot, there is an app for your phone and also a desktop app that basically replaces iTunes.
