Is there a way to remove your facebook friends from your calender and from your phone complete It shows in my calender their birthday and also under people shows their contact infol. I would like to get rid of a select few not all.

Check your Accounts & Sync settings. I think if you choose the Facebook for Sense one to auto sync with contacts, it only updates your friends that are already on your phone.

If you uncheck the sync options for the regular Facebook one, it removes the friends that are not already on your phone (sync'd through Gmail or HTC Sync).

Try that and see if it accomplishes what you needed.

With htc facebok it syncs what you have as contacts in people if you" link" them. All of the othes are listed in people when you click on the intenet icon at the bottom. Still thre but divided up. When one syncs via facebok for android, it just lumps them all into" people" ......rather annoying to most but I think this way gave more customizing options like groups and custom notifications. I can rarely get the facebook for android to sync.
I have not found a way to exclude single items or birthdays from the calendar
