Root Deleting non-system apps

Hey guys, i got my Motorola Flipout just a few days ago, it's my first android (or smartphone phone for that matter), so i'm new to the forum.
I took a look around and have already rooted my phone and downloaded the Terminal Emulator app.
I've successfully deleted some system apps with this guide:

But my problem is that my phone came loaded with apps from the cellphone provider (It's a italian one called TIM).
Now, my phone has these apps like TIMSports or TIMCafe.
I don't want these. And couldn't find them in the system folder in order to delete them.
Any idea of which folder they might be? And how to delete them?
