Help Messages going missing

Hey Guys,

This morning the mrs went to send a text to me and the entire text section for my messages in Handcent had all vanished.

Anyone else had texts completely vanish from the phone?

Not had that, but have backed up to SD card using Handcent and also in the last week downloaded an app whilst trying to help another user called SMS Backup & Restore. So whilst that doesn't help your current predicament it might be useful for future ref.

Have you checked to see if they are still there in the stock messaging app?

I think they have gone all together off the phone but only messages to and from my phone.

i have the same problem. when i was still in android 1.6, i was only able to see my messages in sim card when i go to setting>sim card. last night, after i updated to 2.1 i cannot see the my sim messages anymore. there's no setting>sim card category anymore. anyone can help me please? thanks!
