Uninstall the lagfix manually. If that doesn't work, flash to the stock ROM using Odin.
Either way, it's a relatively simple process, the worst part of which is hand-picking which of your individual apps to reinstall from Titanium after the fact (that's if you don't batch-reinstall, which I'm guessing you wouldn't want to do if you like not having AT&T bloatware on the device).
