Hi, I'm Taigan, and I got my first Android phone last month. I have a Samsung Galaxy S (the AT&T Captivate version), and I like a lot of things about Android so far, although AT&T is, as usual, ruining the experience a bit. I love how responsive the operating system is...except when it's not. I love the awesome apps that are available for this phone (seems like a miracle, since I'm upgrading from WinMo 6.5)...except when I can't get them, because there's no sideloading.
I'm pretty sure I'm going to love Froyo, should AT&T ever get around to releasing it. They have the rest of November, and then I'm just going to get it myself. I was pretty into flashing new ROMs on my last phone, but I'm trying to be good this time.
I'm a phone enthusiast, and every mobile I've ever owned has disappointed me in some way. I hope my Captivate can break this trend!
