HTC Desire widgets

Since I have done a factory reset I can't seem find how to get back 2 widgets that I believe are HTC ones. One is the 'GPS' and the 2nd is 'Mobile' widget that switches your internet connection off. I have done a update for HTC widgets but nothing is showing for these widgets. I am sure they are HTC ones.

Can anyone help at all??

press and hold screen for few seconds then select widget followed by settings for both

Are you using htc sense or an alternative launcher like launcher pro?
Also, I take it your factory reset didn't put you back to stock android as opposed to HTC sense android?

You realize that you can just quickly tap the plus (+) sign on the bottom right-hand corner of the screen for the same effect, right?

Not if you've gotten rid of sense and are using Launcherpro/ADW specifically because the sense dock has a worthless plus button and an oversized phone button.

Clearly not worthless. I use it to add widgets and apps to my screen.
