Im running miui and I love out bit I was wondering if there was any alternative roms like miui.

I love MIUI. And now that everything is getting fixed the rom is much more stable/proper.

The sounds, transitions and fluidness of MIUI is much better than anything else I've used so far and I've been through a lot of roms.

I'm really surprised on how much I read about fellow evo'ers running it. I mean it looks exactly like iOS 4.x

Then I read all the "hate iphone" threads/post/articles

I haven't used it, but I have watched some youtube videos on it....maybe I'm missing something that makes it different?

Back on subject: I've tried backed snack, fresh, and myns. I personally like fresh over backed snack, but myns is my favorite....for now anyway

Ultimately, the reason why I would install it is to f*&k with my iPhone friends!!!....that confused "How'd you do that" look is priceless!!!!

I don't think so... Its built into the framework

I'm pretty sure I read on xda that myn's 2.3 or 2.4 will also have this feature built in.

It will be built in to myn's RLS4, and many other roms, but it can be flashed for any Evo sense based rom from here:

It's a port from CM 6.1.

Since I unrooted, and discovered the world of flashing ROMS, I've installed many Roms to play with. Although I'm not a big Apple fan, I think its cool to have the option to play with a ROM that's very close to theirs.

However, I have to agree with you that so far, myns is my favorite. I've even installed the Riptide9_ClearFroyo theme which sort of gives the best of both worlds (mac looking icons with htc functionality).

if you lookign for AOSP roms try CM6.1 RC1 or a nightly from them.
