Help Multimedia Dock (Stupid Question)

I was an idiot and found the answer. Thanks anyway.

I'm sure this is a stupid question, but here goes anyway. I have a multimedia dock and, of course, when I insert the phone in the dock the Clock/Weather screen pops up and I like that, but if I have to run something and switch out of them MM dock how do I get back to the Clock/Weather screen without physically removing the phone from the dock and reinserting?

Any help will be greatly appreciated,

It was rather simple --- Run the Clock App. I should have thought of that before posting, but....

Alternatively, you can just hit the home key to get back into "dock mode"

I feel exceptionally stupid now. I'm sure I tried that and got no glory, but I tried again and it worked.
