Sorry for the mundane question. I'm in Memo. I've got 10 lines of text. I want to select the 4th and 5th line of text and cut them out. How do I do it? When I press the text for a couple of seconds I get the usual options to select, but it's not obvious at all what to do next. Step by step instructions would be nice, because they aren't in the manual. :( TIA

Good result -- and the answer is???

Well a lot has happened since I first posted.
We now have 2.2+.
It's more intuitive now:

1. Point to where you'd like to edit. A blue thingy now appears.
2. Point again and choose your operation (say 'select text')
3. Drag from flashing icon to where you want to finish selection.
4. Hit backspace to delete.
