Weird problem with Fresh 1.1

I have been running Fresh 1.1 for a couple weeks now. Within the last couple days if I'm in an app and I use the back button to get to the home screen it randomly pops up Fresh on the screen then starts loading as if I rebooted my phone, but it doesn't actually reboot. It also happens when sometimes when I hit the home button.

Try flashing fresh again or revert to a backup before fresh and flash the newest version.

There's a newer version than 1.1? I rebooted and installed the Gumbo update and haven't had an issue since. I assume the reboot did the trick.
