screen vs. behold 2

I know both the behold2 and the N1 have amoled screens. I was wondering if anyone has compared them side-by-side. I didn't particularly care for the behold's screen when I looked at one in-store. Can't really articulate why. So if someone could compare the two and let me know if they look similar to each other in comparison to a MyTouch, I'd appreciate it.

I've never encountered the Behold 2 in the flesh, I'm afraid. But here's a screenshot of my N1, albeit scaled down somewhat:

I think what he's looking for is a description of the OLED screen. The only major differences I've noticed between AMOLED and LCD's is that the colors are sharper and have a higher contrast because it only pix-elates the images & text and not the entire screen.

Plus you don't get that color change when looking at it from a different angle.

I can't really describe why, but when I looked at the behold with my wife, we thought it was a fake display at first, like it had no depth to it. I took a screenshot of my MT3G to compare with grainysand's and from that I don't think the N1 has the same effect that the behold had.

I think this is because you're basically looking at a black screen as there is no light under the screen. Notice how on most LCD's, you'll see a lamp underneath the screen if you look at it from an angle. Well, AMOLED's don't have that.
