3GW100 and C 101 has a lots of bugs related to camera , screen lock..so didnt put it .. hope they will fix them and come out with a good software.. so till then we need to wait..

Ok i finally managed to get the google apps working but I have another issue since isntalling: gps is not working at all!! i've read dozens of pages but no solution... Im thinking of going back to the crap leos...

You got a link to the original thread by any chance so the 100 users can see what bugs it has? I really want to upgrade - or do you know what bugs there are in that release?

Yeah please give us the link. I already installed it, it looks and works much better than the leos. The only issue is the gps which is not working at all! I tried many solutions that i read in other forums like formating some memory partitions or installing some gps configs but in vain...
Another smaller issue is that you cant change the songs any more by pressing the original lenovo headset button, but they added mp3 control from the screen even when it is locked so it's ok. But the gps is very important and we need a solution!!

No its not. I get 3 "403 forbidden" in a row.

It's a superb release all bar the GPS which is a major issue. Mightily Pee'd off at this as this is the first re-install I've done in a long time. I am currently searching for a fix (maybe will have to be a whole new version... who knows at this point) until then I'm sticking with it and searching as the general useability is good... facebook is not happy with the GPS issue though

After trawling around chinese websites using translate - I have determined GPS is a known issue with this release and does not work... await an update... hopefully soon!

Its not worth downloading and installing :

Apps crash ALL the time
No GPS
Keyboard is not user-friendly and too small

It really feel like a beta sort of thing. The only good thing is the improved battery life.

I really need to find something that work properly on this phone... does that exist? Also a saleman told me the reason why those phones have so much issues is because they are FULL of snitches and spywares from the chinese governement.
