Help How do I wipe data partitions?

My phone died and when I turned it back on it is now saying I need to wipe data partitions? Does anyone know how to do this? I dont have my contact info anymore and I am very irritated.

First Welcome to the Forums

Data partitions can only be wiped if you have a rooted device. I'm thinking your best bet would be to take it to sprint and let them see the error it should warrant a new phone.(insurance needed) unless your under the 30 days. If your getting data partition errors then you could try to root but really if that area of the memory is corrupt there maybe nothing you really can do.
