Root rooting NEO V

Hi..

Pls help me in rooting my sony ericson neo v which runs on android gingerbread 2.3.4.
I could not able to do, since i found that there are chances of bricking my phone. Please guide me how to root.

Hi u can try several apps like

Z4root and Universal androot
Just google them u'll find them. You can unroot if u don't want it through app itself

Please note that it is not possible to root the phone without a custom ROM. I myself have tried all these apps and they don't work on the Neo V. Sony's protection is just too tight. Sony have themselves clarified on their blog, that, "The only way to get root access is to flash a custom ROM with root access."
