Can't find/recognize my SD-card (2GB)

Have you tried using a different SD card on your phone?
Yes, I was fortunate enough to test with my friend's SD card, and it seemed to work.
My friend's sd-card, was exactly the same model and brand as mine, but only 1 GB.

Is the card holder extra "sensitive" on this model (E10i)?
Because I've read that several others seem to have similar problems.

The card reader should cause a problem specific to one memory card and not another. However I do see this from time to time and more often than not it is either a fault memory card or a corrupt system file on the card itself. Unfortunately unless you can get the card into a card reader on a PC and format it then replacement of the card is the only real option.
