Hello all! This is my first post on this forum, going into my first 24 hrs with my new HTC EVO coming off several years as well with multiple BB's. Gruss...feel free to spread your knowledge to us all...I'm a sponge waiting to absorb as much info about Android OS as possible!

Yeah I have been a BB user for about 3 years, prior was HTC winmo phone...then decided to upgrade to the evo.

I have read over a lot of what you guys were chatting about in this forum. So, it seems the biggest gripe is the keyboard and vzw lolz.

I miss the keyboard on mine, and dont miss vzw (ex-alltel)...and pretty much hated how limited the bb was with memory...that phone had so much potential, just stuck with the red-headed step-child syndrome I guess.

anyways, glad to see I am not the only defector here. Also anyone want the bb alerts, I have the extracted files and zipped them up. I think I put it in my welcome thread. I have to re-host it to my server since rapid share only allows 10 downloads of a file.

will be around here more often then not.
