i need help with this. My phone will not do anything. It continues to reset over and over...reboot. It keeps freezing, i can't make a call or do anything because it freezes within 1 minute of turning on and reboots. The phone was perfect before this upgrade now its unusable. Can someone please help me. I had 2.3.4 before doing this, I did the hard reset but that did nothing because apparently it only resets back to 4.0 which is not working in the first place for me. It does not take it back to 2.3.4. I would greatly appreciate any help here. I can't make calls, my contacts are gone, the phone is not usable at all and will not stay on for more than a minute. It either freezes at the stick together screen or the lock screen. It just locks up and nothing is responsive. Ive made 3 calls on it since i upgraded and each call was for no more than 5 seconds because it froze up and shut down...sometimes it freezes and restarts, sometimes it freezes and turns off and when i hit the power button it wont turn on and i have to remove the cover and the battery to start it up again, only for it to freeze up again. Please help, thank you

Im downloading the update now. I read this from the first page and I dont understand what it means.

Note: HTC Sensation 4G will be required to add Wi-Fi Mobile Hotspot feature in order to use the service after completing this update.

Am I required to add this feature to my account? I called CS and they said it would boost my speed and it would go from 2gb to 5gb.

Im just confused by that statement. Any help would be great!

Greetings all. A couple of quick questions about the official ICS update. It has been stated that the the new ICS apps launcher bar at the bottom of the home screen is fully customizable (meaning you can place whatever links you want there), but does this mean that I could remove the "all apps" link which shows at the center of that area on the photo below? I ask because it has also been stated that the lock screen will feature whatever app links that you place on the bottom of your home screen links, but the lock screen can only contain 4 links (right?) ...

...and the sample videos that I have seen of the new official ICS so far would show Phone, mail, folder, and Camera (from the photo above) ignoring the "all apps" link in the center.

Can I optionally remove the "all apps" link shown in this photo or is that permanently there in the new ICS?

2nd question is: have any of you had any of your market downloaded apps fail or stop working correctly after upgrading?

2GB to 5GB? Did they mean your "speed" would go to 5GB :vollkommenauf: or your data per month would be increased to 5GB? I call BS on this one as I have not seen any other site talk of TMo giving you 5GB of data per month for the extra $14.95 that they want to charge you for the "privilege" of being able to use the hotspot feature after the upgrade. Nope, as far as I have gathered they plan on charging you $14.95 for something you may have been getting for free before your ICS upgrade. Sadly no additional data included. :(

It means that the "Mobile Hotspot" feature was free under version 2.3.x however going forward under versions 4.x and above, one will will have to add and "pay" for the feature under a newer plan, if not previously.
