Help Anyone got referral codes?

Wetbiker are you getting it from the last promotion period that ended on the 31st or are you in possession of the new code? The rules for the new codes are posted in the Boost Mobile section of the forum its more lenient. Codes are valid for a year instead of for 3 months. My question is if I use up my 3 referrals in the first three months of the year do I get another code for the next 3 months?

Glad you're enjoying it. This is one promotion that's doing Boost and us a world of good. They're raking in new customers in the droves (guessing from all the codes that were used up just in this forum alone) and the customers get $25. Outstanding. And the folks that I referred are not going to be ditching their cheap phones easily. They have good devices and the rate plan is unbeatable.

I'm getting it from the last promotion. Here's the crazy thing. You remember when I said that people had tried to use my code and it wouldn't work anymore after being used that 1 time by you?? Well, I called Boost and said that I had lost $50 due to the fact that my code had only worked one time and that several people had tried to use it since and it wouldn't go through. Later that day I got another $25 credit. Here's the funny thing. The notification that I received said that I had 2 more left instead of telling me that I only had 1 left. Kinda strange huh? Maybe the Boost Rep hooked me up when he found out that a mistake had been made. I dunno. Works 4 me though! $50 is better than 0.:D

That's a good question on whether or not you'll get another code. Have you emailed them with this question? If so or if you do, please let us know what they say. Thx

I received an email on 4/20 with a code but it says :


Promotion period from 9/15/11 - 3/31/12. You can refer up to 3 friends during the offer period. Only select Monthly Unlimited customers who make 3 monthly payments on their payment date may participate in the program. Each friend must be a new Boost Mobile customer and activate on the Monthly Unlimited Referral plan or BlackBerry Monthly Unlimited Referral plan either at boostmobile.com or at select retail stores during the offer period. You will receive a $25 credit for each friend you refer, who uses your referral code and who successfully makes their first monthly payment. Each friend you refer who successfully makes their first monthly payment will also receive a $25 credit. The credit will be applied to the account within 4 weeks. You must be an existing Boost Mobile customer at the time the credit is applied to the account or you will forfeit the credit. Boost reserves the right to terminate and/or modify this offer at any time without prior notice. No more than one (1) referral credit can be applied to the same handset in any 12 month period


Notice the promotion period lol. So I emailed them to see what is going on. hope to hear from them soon. For anyone needing a code, if my code is still good i'll let y'all know :)

So, how do I know if I have these codes to share? Where do I get them?
From what they told me when I called to retrieve my code (lost in flashing), once the system acknowledges that you're eligible for a referral code, the system automatically generates one for you and sends it out to your phone via text.

Customer Service can retrieve it once the system puts it out. They have no way of retrieving or generating one for you if the system doesn't initially send out a code to you.

That's what they told me.

What I understood was they do not want endless calls of "what is my code?" unless the system already sent one out to you. Good luck.

I got my phone about 2 weeks ago. I decided to start w/ the $2 daily plan to see if I liked the phone and boost coverage. I just got a new phone # to see if the phone worked for me I have not canceled my at&t service yet. I am ready to do it now and port my phone # over to boost and sign up for the monthly unlimited plan.

My question is can I use one of these codes? And how would I do it?

The referral codes are only for new handset activations through the web. My suggestion would probably be if you still can return your phone and/or swap it for a new one then you could do it. Otherwise talk to Boost and see if they have any other suggestions.

My 2 cents here. :p

Here is how you can still qualify for to us the referral codes posted on here.

First thing you need to do is call up Boost and disconnect your phone from your current account. That'll mean that you lose and money on the account so if you have a bunch of money you can stop here is it will not be feasible for you. Tell them that you're going to "sell" the phone.

Phone disconnected from your account? Good. Then call up Boost and reactivate the phone. This time tell them you're going to port a number and that you're going to use a referral code while you're at it. They will ask you the necessary information about porting and such.

They will charge you a $10 reactivation fee but since you're using a referral code it'll get you $25. Think of it as a mail in rebate for $15! :cool:

You can obviously do it by yourself. Or you can get in touch with this member here...
