Im a super noob, but have been experimenting a lot with the TU also work on my own rom...but anyway could this be possibly whats blocking foxfi traffic, and if so...I cant find the file using any file explorers on the market...is there a way to run a ADB shell to get rid of it??

Yes I am being blocked from broadcasting Wifi.....I found this by Exploring the Dalvik.....also was browsing through Sys Apps and Found 3 different .Apk's and .Odex's with Wifi Signals, One said wifi sharing...I thought this might have been it, but I assume it was installed by a third party root tether application in a attempt to perform broadcasting...so me being curious I mounting the system as writable and deleted the files....Now my Foxi traffic shows like this 1000K/0 instead of the normal 1k/74k so it did something...just didn't fix it...

That is the exact same symptom we've been having but not exclusive to the Tu and no updates have been installed. 130 miles south of here it begins to work again. See my post a few down

Puttinng an engine in my car so no time to spend on it.

My thughts are that it would most likely be linked to boosts new $10 a month hotspot feature. Shut down the competition then charge for it. So I think you are on the right track with where your looking. If they put it in the update they are not trying to stop use by the root community. They can read forums and know we have enough copies of pre block roms kernels and firmware that it just makebs it an anoyance. But there is clear activity blocking on the network. Might be a combined effort of an app triggered by foxfi and something on the network. A tattletale.
I would try to use foxfi and then do a tmp dump find foxfi in it and look for anything that started right after. I have an app that has it as a feature but can't remember which. Have to get back to you on it.
