I know I posted a thread on wanting to unroot it. But I'm just wanting to root it again so I can get beats audio back. I wanna keep the stock rom though. So if anybody has a complete guide on how to unlock the bootloader, root it, and install beats audio on it, let me know. Thanks for looking.

Yeah I'm just wanting instructions on how to flash it. I'm already downloading it (waiting forever).

once youre rooted and unlocked and have installed a custom recovery of your choosing, you would enter the bootloader and select recovery. (volume and power to start the phone.) --->Make a backup before you change anything from the recovery menu. <--- (very important.) Wipe data, wipe cache, and wipe dalvik. Now you can flash your ROM (energy or whichever one you choose, all roms can be installed this way.) :)

Okay. Got any other sources where I could download that from? It said I have 18 hours left on the download and at the rate it was going it would probably take that long. I know it's not my internet cuz I can usually download stuff pretty quick, plus I wouldn't be able to run call of duty and stuff like that smoothly.

Ok this is a mirror made by theinitial.
https://www.dropbox.com/s/saa03rvlv12wp1e/Energy_8.1.2012.Amaze.Sense.3.6_ICS_STOCK_LOOK.zip

Just download, put it onto your phone.
BTW, Use 4EXT Recovery. Best recovery for the Amaze.

Wipe Data and Flash.

Your good, because it comes with beats aswell

Ugh this is annoying me. I'm STILL stuck trying to unlock the bootloader. First off the android sdk doesn't have the avd manager like it does on the instructions, second, I can't find the files it wants me to. It says: On your computer create a new folder (For Example: C:\Android) where we will be putting the following 3 files in this new folder:

adb.exe
AdbWinApi.dll
fastboot.exe

Where am I supposed to find those files??????? Pull em out of my ass? lol somebody plz help, sorry if I'm asking noob questions.

No worries,
you should actually just use Hansoons tool.
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1694351&highlight=root+tool
Its really simple to use, and is virtually impossible to mess up.
you can also flash 4ext recovery using this tool.
*4ext is the best recovery for non s-off users.
Dont be afraid to ask for help, there are no stupid questions. :D

So this program actually roots the phone? I'll be able to put Energy Rom on it? Oh, I'll probably need instructions on that. I never was this confused when I was messing with my Nexus S. This is ridiculous haha

Ok so follow the steps in the tool.
After flashing a custom recovery (CHOOSE 4EXT lol)
you can download energyrom and put it on your phone. Then boot into recovery and install energyrom. But before you should do a full wipe.
