Use S3 with one hand???

Cant use it one handed to do what?

When sending a text or an e mail the keyboard is well within reach of all but the smallest of hands, any apps you want to open or yu use frequently just don't put at the top left corner of the screen (right handed use). I don't have the largest of hands, anything I can't do one handed I use two.

Thanks for your input. I was thinking of getting a case but then it'll be even bigger. The flygrip thing may be useful, but it doesn't seem to make for quick grab/use/pocket.

I like the phone more than don't like not easily being able to use it with one hand. I agree there are "adjustments" we can make in the way we hold it, it's just getting accustomed to doing it that's a pain. Over time I guess one can get into the habit of using the phone that's comfortable for them.

I got a lot of practice reading at night in bed. I took a bit to get completely comfortable with one hand. for texting i use two hand, it's just easier.

That's how I hold my ego 4glte as well. I can't reach the upper right if holding it in my left hand that way, but all it takes is a slight repositioning where I remove my pinky from the bottom of the device and I can reach the top right no problem.

Its a quick shift and is all done using 1 hand.

I bought the below case and NOW I can use it with one hand with out worrying!

Amazon.com: Shell Holster Combo Case for Samsung Galaxy S3 with Kick-stand -At&t, Verizon, T-mobile, Us Cellular and Sprint: Cell Phones & Accessories

MY REVIEW:
The Short: Got the case, and I'm surprised that I like it so much. I didn't expect a whole lot since it isn't some $50 case...but it's pretty slim and very handy.

The stand on the back can be used to stand it up both horizontally and vertically but I found a 3rd extremely practical use for it....you can use it to hook your middle finger in it while holding it with one hand. Using it in this manner allows a much more secure hold while using your thumb to navigate...this is particularly handy given that this is a big phone with a 4.8" screen!

I'll admit that it's slightly harder to get out of the holster with one hand than what I'm used to but I'm sure I'll adapt. The added protection and convenience of the multiple stand positions including the finger hook make this case worth the money.

I really love the S3, it's just so big to use with one hand without putting some effort or almost dropping it. Any solutions out there, or do you just live with it?

I find the size just about right, although it is a bit of a stretch to reach the outside corners. I bought a case on Amazon with has a kickstand built in, and found out it also works really well for helping to grip the phone, and consequently extending my reach to the furthest points on the screen. Not only that it's an excellent case at a great price!

Just now noticed your post, after posting the same link. It may have been your review on Amazon that prompted me to make the purchase. Great case, plus the added bonus of making the phone much easier to grip and operate.
