Help Questions about memory

1. Why is the internal storage referred to as SD card and the external Microsd card referred to as ext SD? Its confusing.
2. I can't seem to load any programs onto my microSD card. They all load to internal memory and none seem to be movable.
3. Is anyone running the app App 2 SD on their Relay? If so, are there any apps you had problems with after moving to MicroSD?

1. That's the way phones with internal storage do it.
2. There are hacks you can do to mount the external storage as the internal sd card. That's the only way it's going to work. I could publish a how-to but someone with the know-how should probably test it first. I'd say PM me for details but if you had the know-how you wouldn't need to PM me
3. Haven't tried that app.

Thanks for getting back to me. You have the Relay I assume or you wouldn't be here. I don't have the know how and haven't rooted this phone, f that is required. Have you gotten any apps to load onto the ext sd card?
