Help ICS 6.7.246 rooted, any way to change default download location

It seems that 6.7.246 removed any option to change the default download location for the browser and even third party browsers. My main browser is Xscope but I've tried Dolphin and Opera as well. There is no longer an option to change the download location. This seems strange that even third party browsers can't be configured to use a different location. The download folder could be changed in Xscope on 5.9.905.

On Opera, you still can. When you go to download something, you have to choose Opera as the default (When the Chooser pops up).

Then you will see the file name and below the file name is downloads.

Tap on downloads. You get two options, 1) Download 2) Other

Tap on other.

Then tap the top selection /mnt , from there you can choose your download location. :)
