I haven't experienced any problems changing holo launcher settings, but I removed most of the apps, except the adblock and offline stm apps. So it could be a software conflict.

the text thing might have gotten fixed in the last beta update... i noticed a great improvement using the apns-conf.xml i included in this version...

It doesnt happen often but when it freezes you have to kill it and it waas bothering me... and i have always used adw launcher up until recently and this new version they have i like....

how do you get tethering active on this?

I'm following the instructions in the OP but I'm not seeing it right

edit: okay I'm seeing it now, but when I launch, all I get is "help"

It's very important to wipe factory reset and wipe dalvik cash in the advanced options of cwm... now that you have flashed the rom you have to start over one more time... you will noticed your recovery has changed but go in to recovery and in the wipe section wipe dalvik, system and factory reset... after wiping everything reinstall the rom and everything will be as it should... you can also make a wifi hotspot "toggle" with the notification toggle app i included... hope you get it all sorted out

Did that, and I get the same problem. But I don't really care, I reboot through the "Absolute System" app.

That's weird....if you use root explorer to remove it from the system/app/ folder and reboot...and them go download it from the play store..do you still get the fc?

But one thing, I can't use google talk anymore and can't download it . Any ideas?

3. is it possible to put on the stock bar that controls the wifi, bluetooth, gps etc etc (and maybe some stock widgets)

I included an app called notification toggle... its the closest thing to the quickpanel you will find on the boost roms... i'm working on it but at least you have that one... you have to set it up just go to the notification toggle app, swipe to the left and pick what you want... there are two rows because you can have two bars...

hi im trying this out but wont work what am i supposed to do? put the voltron on sd card and flash it? or do i put it in sd card and type command something? i downloaded voltron rom and erased cache and system but still doesnt take the voltron...

Could be a bad download... the full wipe is needed to get all the hidden menu and settings to work right but it won't stop you from installing...Could be a bad download or a bad transfer from the pc to sd....What does it say exactly when you try flashing it?

Yea that's the stock one....check out the notification toggle app I included..it does it all even tether....
