need stock messaging apps

i need stock meesaging .apk's and .odex's from any phone. (preferably not the LG Motion since i have one)

Why stock? Why not just use one of the apps from the Play Store? Plus stock apps from other phones of different manufacturers may not work on your phone since they may be tied to the manufacturer skin.

i have an LG Motion and i put a stock ICS mms.apk on it but it wont send or recieve pictures.. it sends and recieves texts perfectly, but no pics. im trying to fix that. any help?

If the stock messaging app on your phone does not work for mms, installing a new one won't help. Have you checked if you have mms enabled on your phone?

I could send MMS off of my old stock one. but then I replace it with a different stock MMS and now the new MMS app won't send or receive pictures. its a stock app off of a different phone. the SMS works perfect.

Did you remove the old stock app? Again, the stock app from another phone may not work properly because it comes from another phone. Just use a proper third party app like Go SMS Pro.
