Hi, I am looking for a stylus that I can use with my nexus 7 that is particularly good for drawing(I am going to be using the app sketchbook pro).
Some suggestions that I have heard so far are the bamboo stylus and the adonit jot pro and many more similar ones.
I am looking for suggestions from personal experience in drawing with styluses. Also, on some of the styluses like the adonit one, does the circular piece of plastic ever scratch the screen? Would I need a screen protector?

Thanks to all responses!

i think any stylus with a "point" would be good for drawing. Ive got one that i use for typing sometime and it works really well.

and it is always good to have a screen protector just to make sure nothing scratches the device :)

Only capacitive styli would work. Almost all of them are the same just with different sizes for the nubs. The Bamboo Stylus looks like the best right now, and I would trust them because of their drawing tablet experience.

I have been debating between getting the bamboo or the adonit jot pro. Which one do you think is better? I have heard different opinions on the clear plastic part on the tip of the adonit.

I've been using the Griffin stylus.

Works well enough. I may get the the Bamboo since it has a smaller tip and my style uses pretty fine lines.

I use Sketchbook Pro, btw.

$10! Crap, that's quite an investment (well, not really, at least compared the the Bamboo one).

Might be nice to be able to draw though. How do you deal with your hand touching the screen. Or do you not hold the pen that way?

Yeah, I hold it so my hand isn't touching the screen. I actually had to try drawing to answer your question lol, guess I've naturally been doing that all along.
