Help help app pages

Good Afternoon,

I have Huawei Mercury powered by Cricket. I have an 16gb card in it. I have been having problems with seeing my apps passed the tenth page. In fact, I am getting a red circle with a number two in it. My question is : "is there a way to increase the number of app pages for this phone?"

Hi, welcome to the forums. Are you talking about the app drawer? Stock launcher? I'm not sure, I've never really used the stock launcher, I got Go Launcher as soon as I got the Mercury. Maybe try a different launcher and see if that helps.

I'm not sure. I always used Go Launcher on the Mercury. I have the app drawer set as continuous vertical scrolling. Go is much better than the stock launcher and it's free.

Two questions for you. First question, how do you change your app drawer from scrolling horizontal to vertical? Second question, how to access or look for the standand launcher program on the phone to make changes.

In Go Launcher settings it's under application settings. (Menu-preferrences-application settings) To switch between stock launcher and Go Launcher, go into application settings-manage applications, pick which launcher you have set as default and clear defaults. There's also an app called launcher switcher you can get from the market. Any options for the launcher would be found by pressing the menu button.

Yu cant alter the stock app drawer, just however many apps it occupies is how many pages its going to take. If it makes sense. :/ Download another launcher, I personally like ADW launcher, it gives yu more options. Just mess with everything in the options of the launcher. Nothing there will harm yur phone.
