Help Massive Visual Voicemail Problem - 2 Brand New Moments!

This is our second Moment having the same issues with Visual Voicemail, finally able to find a code V06 saying we do no have data services but everything else is working fine (Internet, txts, calls etc ..) - again second Moment and I have yet to see or hear a visual voicemail, not even one notification coming through -

Tech is stumped, but i guess a small breakthrough with the code V06 but why?

Using the supplied Voicemail application that comes with that phone out of the box - I have yet to add or tweak anything on these devices (returned the first one, and now on my second)

We go the phone from Radioshack (which may or may not be a bad thing at this point)

But my concern is that we haven't been able to get one successful voicemail into the phone since we purchased both units and its ironic the second brand new unit has the same rare problem as the first -

Sprint tech says alot of different thing:

Its the software, 2.1 will fix it
Its the phone (although how many will we go through to find out if thats true)
Its the network
Its the Visual Voicemail system having issues
Its the notification system built into the phone

My last straw with this phone will be to either take it back and get a 3rd or have Sprint repair look into it, either way its a bizzare problem, and at this time (just woke up from a long night on with sprint tech) STILL NO VOICEMAILS or Notifications for voicemails -

I too noticed that for a while I wasn't receiving visual voicemail either. I thought it was due to the fact that I have an app installed called SMS Popup which I like. So I just gave up on it until this past weekend, I noticed that Visual Voicemail suddently began working without me having to un-install the SMS Popup app. So, I don't think it's the phones.

Not that I'm aware of. I've never set up one with Google.

ok no you would have to have a google voice invite thats what i use and have had no problems with it try and get a invite.

sports tap was the reason my visual vm wasnt working do you have that installed by chance?

I think mine might be from either Sports Tap or Pandahome. When I reboot my phone, at startup Voicemail, a B&B bluetooth widget crashes, and some other one that I can't remember at this point.

I did have SportsTap, but un-installed it when I read that it is known to cause visual voicemail to stop working.

Sorry everyone, been a long day, phone went down again for 4hrs this time and I lost data services all together for an hour - had a Sprint rep tell me i didn't have an unlimited plan which also messed things up for awhile as well, than after a full reset/wipe the gods gave me a break and my data services came back and all my voicemails i was sending to the phone as tests in the past 3 days starting flowing in!! Things are all good on the homefront!

PS-had nothing but the factory Moment, never did any installs of any apps etc. prior to all this happening for any interested in the whys, my guess my phone never fully provisioned fully and my services were still kinda active on my old phone as today was a full 24hrs after the swap to the second handset !
