2. doesn't that old phone use a regular sized sim? The S4 uses a micro sim, adapters are hit and miss, but even beyond the physical part, you might want to ask your carrier if they allow it. Your profile/carrier is not filled out.

Yes, you can capture pictures or videos with the S4 without a sim card because it had an operating system. Hence, it does not need to depend on the sim card to operate.

If you want to put the S4 sim card into a K800, you need a micro sim adapter. However, if you can estimate and place where the sim card would make contact with the phone, you do not need an adapter. Believe me, I tried this before on a Nokia 1280 and it works!
