Hello all, former Bb, iPhone and Pre user and I have to say, I really do like my new HTC Hero. Just not sure about how to really know which open apps are draining my battery, what i should or shouldn't leave open, but I'm slowly but surely getting there. I LOVE the customization (why I liked Bb) and the somewhat multitasking feature (why I loved the Pre).

Also not sure about how to get all my music on the phone yet but I'm sure this forum will answer my questions.

I'm looking to STAY with HTC and the Hero from here on out.

You should get a task killer app like "Advanced task killer" off the Android Market. I beleive you can also put music on the phone by simply Dropping the Music file on your SD card {Anyone correct me if I'm wrong , but thats how it works on the VF HTC Magic} .
