What do you use the trackpad for?

So, are there a lot of people out there using the optical trackpad? I've had the phone for a while and....I don't think I've ever actually used it except to mess around.

Are there some things that it makes easier? Better? Faster?

When I need to edit text I use it alot. I also use it sometimes to scroll up/down on a website. Sometimes to move between home screens. And to wake the phone.

I can feel it a little, and I can really tell when I use my fiance's Inc, which has a Zagg on it. Once I get a SGP screen protector, I'm going to punch out a 3/8" hole around the trackpad to make the hole bigger, so it doesn't interfere with the ease of pushing it in.

+1 editing text, and taking pics, although I'd rather a less harsh 'shutter release' option.

It's good for some things like taking pics.

But it's a little too slow for scrolling long lists.

Taking a pic is about all i use it for. Most of the time I forget it's there.

1. Selecting a link on a webpage when it's too small to touch and I'm too lazy to zoom in.
2. Editing text to move the cursor back a few spaces.
3. On some forums, text is covered for spoilers and I use the trackpad to select the text and click it to highlight and read the text.
4. Take pictures.
