The specs from Sprint indicate the EVO comes with a 1500 milliamp hours(mAh) battery. For comparison, the standard Palm Pre battery is 1150 mAh. So the EVO has a battery about 23% larger than the Pre, but then the screen (and I assume number of pixels to be illuminated) is about 25% larger on the EVO. So a totally unscientific SWAG might be that if you use the same amount of apps, the same amount of time on an EVO as your Pre, you would get about the same longevity from each charge? I know somebody is going to shoot this down. But I thought I would take a shot at some sort of guesstimate.
