yup they know...re-post it and keep re-posting it and i think others should do the same...i posted vigorously tmo's lack of support and they kept deleting my posts so i PMed the administrator and told him to stop censoring and to f off...so yeah i got banned for 3 months!

I think we all have a reason to be upset over this situation, but if we are rude to tmoble/samsung I highly doubt they are going to take us seriously. Be persistent, but remember the admins at the tmobile twitter accounts and forums have nothing to do with our situation, like all of us their just looking to get a paycheck, and if they are instructed by their bosses not to have certain content on their boards then their probably going to listen if they plan on keeping their job.

But on the other hand if you make nice with the admins who knows they might just pass a message along to the higher ups at t-mobile, rather than just hitting the delete key.

this phone is so bad, and it couldnt get any worse. i have re-formatted my sd card twice already, lost all my daughters pictures, got told off by tmobile who could care less about my plight, bought this phone because i loved the behold 1 so much, thought it would be awesome, and it decidedly is not awesome. it is so unawesome, and i have yet to pay the third installment in my 3 month payment plan.

i re-formatted the sd card and this time in the windows environment doing a fatt32 partition, hope this solves the loss of data, where my phone mysteriously thinks the external sd card needs to be re-formatted

i am now going to go try to get android 1.6. this should be fun

It's not that simple, some of us just got this phone and signed a new 2 year agreement. You know if something was wrong and Samsung was in the right, you know their legal team would be on us like duck is to water.

I wanted to mention that there IS a Partial Upgrade available to People who did use their Upgrade to buy it. After 1 month your "Clock" starts Ticking down and the longer it goes the more money they take off Full Retail price. i.e. I have 6 Months since my last upgrade. I can do a Partial Upgrade which will knock about 50-70 off the Retail price. It depends on the Phone you want to get and the time you have invested in your new contract.

If I get a new phone, I will be paying to get out of my contract and going to another company (Sprint prolly). BUT! This will probably not happen. Samsung can do it the easy way or the hard way.
