Root Can Verizon see what version of Android or baseband we are running?

Just wondering, can Verizon see what version of Android or the baseband we are running on our phones? Can they look up our account and see that type of info?

Even if they can, I don't see how it matters. But, TBH, I do not thin they can.

VZW wants to verify my SW version as part of troubleshooting before I get a new phone (headphone jack problems)...made me wonder if they could see anything OTA...seems unlikely.

Does anyone have the 2.1:

- Baseband Version
- Kernel Version
- Build number

So I can tell them that info over the phone?
