I have a HTC Incredible that I bought from Verizon Wireless. When holding the phone I experience a tingle/numbness down the arm. I had three other people hold my phone and they all experienced the same problem. I tried reporting the problem to Verizon 9 times to help me get a temporary phone while the Incredible is on back order. However, they come back saying to either continue using the phone or you must get another phone and hold on to it for two years. I emailed the CEO and finally got a call back from executive relations.
