    Help Media volume

    I have a Samsung S3, with jellybean 4.1.1. When I am in the app. The Chive, and I touch the advertisement at the bottom of the page, it turns the media volume off, to the point I have to restart my phone. I even sent the chive a text and received no reply. Hope someone can help.
