So the Frog has officially Croaked his Phone.

Yes you heard right I have managed to kill my phone. Only good thing is that I couldn't use it for much more than a mini wifi tablet so I didn't really loose anything.

So Found out the reason I could not get Twrp 2710 to work was because I had the old boot loader So I decided to update the boot loader which I did but now the phone will not go out of the boot logo screen. I have successfully reinstalled my ROM and still will not go past the boot logo screen. I have tried fastbooting back to the old bootloader but no luck there either. I have spent about 2.5 hours this morning trying different things to get it to work and nothing I have found or came across will work. I have however successfully installed twrp 2710 and now have it working. Considering that is the only area of the phone That I can actually get into i guess thats something. ;)

So while this is quiet embarrassing I share so that others may learn :) Sometimes its really just not worth the trouble LOL ohwell until my next adventure this is the frog signing out :p

Doing a Happy Dance :D I do believe I fixed it :D

I had tried to put on a Kit Kat rom Pacman it would never go anywhere I just installed an older version of PA 7-16-14 and it actually booted into it. I did however find a repair function in the Twrps Wipe section that I tried but even doing that I was not able to load up the Pacman Rom. So just out of curiosity I ran the PA ROM after doing another wipe as one last feeble attempt to fix this stupid thing. It does appear though that its the only ROM that I can get to successfully install and load up so I may just have to stick with it. But its working so kewl :D

Since you have fastboot and you have an unlocked bootloader your not really bricked but it does sound like you've got mixed firmware now. Use rsd lite to flash the latest stock jb. You've definitely got more reading to do young grasshopper.

I'm on a linux machine with no windows in site (the way I prefer it) however since I cannot get wifi to work on any rom that I can get installed its just not worth the trouble any more. I actually prefer to use my Tablet just used the phone for the battery life. I tried once again to do a nandroid restore left the phone to boot after words and it was just stuck on the boot logo. At this point with no service on the phone anyways like I said its not worth my trouble anymore I have already thrown it away. So now I move on.

The only thing I can think of what happened is somehow fastboot corrupted my partition system somehow? I don't know done this same stuff a thousand times and never had an issue until now so oh well such as

What did it say? Like an error message... Screen shot or something would be useful... You could flash all partitions except tz and gpt from the fxz manually using motofastboot

actually things looked like they went well with the flash until I tried to boot then it just stayed at the logo. I have only been able to successfully load PA and CM on the phone and neither will give me a working wifi. Like I said with no sort of data usage then its really no longer worth my time or effort. I never really liked the phone anyways but It was something. So thanks but yeah its just time to give it up. :)
