So... What do you think of the new XENFORO FORUMS??

New update to tapatalk has added browsing back. But it isn't working for AF. Works great for other forums though.

EDIT: Removed duplicate pic that Tapatalk inserted.

How did you get it to work, I'm using Google Chrome on my Note 4 & have the "request desktop site" checked & it just stays on the mobile version.

The subscription part for donating and for using like premium is gone no way to modify it because it is no longer there now. Does anybody know where or how to access that?

Dang! Thanks for the heads up, I can't find the account upgrade options either. Well I can, it's here:

I like it although as it's been a little while since I last visited (I tend to just browse not logged in more recently) I thought I'd come to the wrong site, part of me logged in to check

I do miss Vbulletin though. That said I am glad to be able to use xenforo forums as I was thinking of putting forums back on my website and I've heard a lot of good things about xenforo but, I still have a soft spot for VBulletin.

It is still horrid to use on a tablet. The UI is still intended with laptops or desktops in mind. Unless using an app such as Tapatalk, it's just too slow, cluttered and busy on a tablet. The old vbulletin site worked wonderfully on a tablet or laptop. With laptops going away in favor of mobile, this UI doesn't feel very forward thinking.

I apologize for the mixup after the switch. I didn't realize that you needed to pick the forum to avoid alerts.
The new format picked up the most visited from the old format, and just opted me into all alerts. Couldn't stop them. What the new format had picked up was correct. No one mentioned that it was an automatic opt-in. Had I been automatically opted in to all, I would have seen it.

Got rid of all favorites and started over. Now things are normal.

A problem with tapatalk Blue for some reason I edit a photo to show one but 2 pops up I add writing to the photo the writing Dont shown but adds another photo . very odd anyone else have had this problem. Or how can one fix the app

Just look at photo tapatalk has 2 and online app from play store has 2 also but the New online site has one attachment with no writing in any of the 3 I looked at

They weren't part of XF when the import scripts were written. They are now and will be imported eventually. It's in the OP of this thread.

I imagine that like the new trophy system, there will be a bunch of triggered alerts.

I don't know myself, but it you ask in the thread admin is following you may get an answer.

It's still a laggy mess on a laptop (Ubuntu 14.04 LTS) and it appears the ad server you all use on the site changed to Ad Choices, which tend to clutter it up far more than the single banner the old site had. Ad Choices also tends to to show very offensive ads for porn and asian women, too. can this hopefully be changed to the previous server that at least had Android and IT-related ads?

Nick, or if anyone else is seeing pr0n or dating ads or anything else that's NSW and not PG, let the site admin know about it, PM Rob. I see ads for online games, cosmetics, apparel and cars, because of my location. Which is real products and things I might actually consider.

All I know is this morning three adverts were on the right side bar for hot Asian women, one for China girls with height, age, etc and one later on for Russians.

It might not be porn but it could be offensive. It is indeed irrelevant to AF and hopefully dating ads can be disabled, but I'm unsure. I also get scams for flat bellies, offensive graphic ads about what might be in your stomach, and the like which I haven't seen since the late 1990s.
