I have a moto e xt1022 boot loader is unlocked, phone is rooted and installed twrp I got update to 4.4.4 but i downloaded it but when i install 4.4.4 it shuts down and open twrp and does nothing.
Please help me.

I'm not too familiar with your device, but from what it sounds like, you have accepted an OTA update?
Usually, perhaps always (?), accepting an OTA on a rooted device will cause the device to act wonky.
Perhaps that is the issue?

I Downloaded moto e xt1022 4.4.4 kitkat stock rom from
https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B72C6RSL0mQmQWRRNGt5eTk3bkE/edit?usp=sharing
It is uploaded by a XDA Member gogeta
Transfer it to your phone and flash it with TWRP and no need to erase all the data before flashing.
And the root and all file and apps remain remains after upgrading no need to install root again.

Hey I was download that file and flash it so but after it all worked good only my sim network is not worked after I have to give 1000 rs for repair it. But again it same problem I want to update my phone . der is no any option to update via ota. I can download ota but when it ll rebbot for install that my phone open in twrp recovery mod . and then I can't do any thing . is there any option to remove twrp and get original recovery in moto e.

You are not supposed to do OTA for rooted mobiles , if u need to install latest android need to do it manually.
If you tried OTA and if the phones boots into recovery you can use the following steps.
In TWRP recovery
Select Wipe>>Advance Wipe>>Select Dalvik Cache & Cache>>swipe to wipe.
Once done boot your phone , since you have wiped dalvik cache your apps will start initialize this will take some time ..depending on number of apps.
Once booting is completed your issue will be resolved.
Your phone will have all system and user apps as before.
This worked for me.
You can always try to restore your old backup as another option, but in my case i had no backups
