Downloading.. Do not turn off target screen

Hello,

I have a Samsung Tab S2 9.7in 32 GB. My tablet is curently stuck on the download... do not turn off target screen. How do I get rid of this screen and prevent this from happening again? I have tried re-rooting it and it just reboots to the same scren. Can anyone help?!?!

I also get that security threat warning pop-up on my notifications panels. Any help with that as well?

If you press and hold the power button till it reboots, does it return to download mode?

You may need to reflash the stock firmware to get everything working again.
What is your complete model number?

Another thought, the volume down button may be stuck. You could try lightly tapping the side of the tab near the volume down button on the edge of a table.

I checked, it doesn't look or feel stuck. The tablet is not even six months old.
