    charging battery vs. extended

    What do you guys think..? is it too hard on the stock battery to take it down to 40% each day by mid day then charge it back up? if so should i just get the extended battery? I am kinda jealous of the Razr's thinness... so would rather keep it slim.. just don't know if it damages the battery...
