Help 36% time without a signal??

I just restarted my X, and I'm in at home where I normally have a good signal. Just checked and the battery manager and it says I have 36% time with out a signal. ANyone else seeing high numbers here?

Many times it is just a reporting error. That for some reason the time listed there is more than how long the phone has been on for. Check and make sure that is not the case first. I know everytime I have had this happen it is the cause for me. But early on some were reporting this as an issue.
