The HTC One A9 starts at $399.99, and that's the price currently showing for pre-ordering the 32GB model. However, HTC says this is only a promo price for its pre-order period, which presumably means the 16GB model will eventually start at $399.99, and you'll have to pay more for the 32GB model.
