Help 3G/GPRS connection getting disconnected

Hi All,

I am some time facing the problem of 3G/GPRS disconnectivity. I need to refresh the 'Access Point Name" under Mobile Networks in Settings to restore the connection.

Is there any permanent solution for this? And why this is happening?
