Flashing custom roms

I just got my sgn rooted. I got superuser installed but I didn't get cwm. So I download apk manually. But I don't see "flash custom rom ". can any one pls help...

You have flash cwm, boot into recovery and choose install from sdcard.

it sounds to me you are not really ready to start flashing ive bricked a phone not really understanding pool shark is right however you could benefit from reading up on the subject

Really dumb question I have GT 3 8.0 rooted and custom rom installed, but I want stock kitkat, the official kitkat was released for the galaxy note 8.0 WiFi only the only difference between galaxy tab 3 8.0 and galaxy note 8.0 is the CPU has quad core, and the stylus. Is it possible to flash this firmware without tricking my tablet.
